Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, with R&D and high standard production workshop.

Do you have the MOQ request?
Normally MOQ is 300pcs, but we can do customized items in less quantity.

What's the production lead time?
The lead time is 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk orders. It depends on the styles and designs you choose.

What is the warranty time for your products? If any is broken, what I will do?
3 years warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange a new replacement for you free of charge for broken items.

Can I get OEM/ODM customized products for special applications?
We provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirements. For example, different lengths, diameters, different voltages, and higher lumen efficiency of led, IP Class, etc.

Can you share a full product file when needed (spec sheet, IES file, HQ photos)?
Yes, we have a laboratory with test equipment, so we can provide IES, and we take HQ products picture and application scenarios for you.
